• Submit false information or spam through contact, lead, or quote forms

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law

We may suspend access or block abusive traffic when needed to protect the site and other users.

03 Services & proposals

Descriptions of services on this website are for general information. Project scope, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract issued by Bugnatics.

Website copy does not create a binding offer unless we confirm it in writing.

Change requests

Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate and timeline before it proceeds.

Dependencies

Delivery often depends on timely client feedback, access, and materials. Delays on that side can shift dates.

04 Accounts & communications

When you contact us by form, email, phone, or WhatsApp, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you share. We may keep ordinary business records of those conversations as described in our Privacy Policy.

05 Intellectual property

Site design, copy, logos, graphics, and other media on bugnatics.com remain the property of Bugnatics or their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them for commercial use without prior written permission.

For client projects, ownership of deliverables is governed by the signed proposal or contract. Until invoices for a phase are paid as agreed, we may retain rights needed to protect unpaid work.

06 Client materials

You confirm that content, branding, data, and credentials you provide for a project are yours to use, or that you have permission to share them with us. You remain responsible for the legality of that material.

07 Payments

Fees, deposits, milestones, and payment methods are set out in your proposal or invoice. Late payment may pause delivery until the account is current, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

08 Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bugnatics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

For contracted services, any liability caps, warranties, and remedies are those stated in the signed agreement for that engagement. Nothing in these website terms overrides a signed client contract.

09 Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes to an active client contract are handled separately in writing with that client.
